The Australian High Commission Ottawa and our Australian Consulates in Toronto and Vancouver cannot assist with these enquiries.
Clients seeking an appointment for consular, notarial or passport services at the Australian High Commission in Ottawa, the Australian Consulate-General in Toronto or at the Australian Consulate in Vancouver may book their appointments online, using the links below.
In person Interview Protocols:
- Clients must wear a face mask or face covering at all times, except when requested to remove by staff to confirm identity
- Clients must sanitise hands when entering the Australian mission
- Clients are advised that only the lodging applicant, or one parent/guardian with minor may attend interviews. Minors aged 15 or under are not required to attend the interview. Associates are not permitted to use waiting areas in the mission.
- Clients must attend their allotted interview time, if you are late you must reschedule. Please do not arrive early to interviews.
- Clients who feel unwell must reschedule their appointment. Anyone showing signs of being unwell will be requested to leave the mission and reschedule their interview.
